How draws work

Each draw immediately replaces your current face or hair and cannot be undone. There is no collection or storage. Skin tone can always be changed for free. The first hair selection is free once; later shape or color changes require a hair draw.

Your current face is excluded within its tier. For hair, only the exact shape + color pair is excluded; the same shape in another color or another shape in the same color can appear. The tier probability stays unchanged and is redistributed within that tier. After exclusion, the actual pair probability is not simply shape × color. Check your personal next-draw probabilities in the app.

Within 10 draws: Face Draw guarantees a rare or seasonal face; each hair pool guarantees a special style. Counters are separate for all three pools and persist across versions and seasons. A qualifying result resets that pool’s counter. Free face draws and face tickets also count.

Face: first free draw → usable face ticket → free diamonds → paid diamonds only for the remainder. Hair: free diamonds → paid diamonds for the remainder. Face tickets cannot be used for hair.

Paid diamonds cannot be used for draws in Belgium or Brazil. If the store country cannot be confirmed, only free methods are available. A draw that cannot be fully paid for does not deduct a partial amount.

New versions and changes to candidates, colors, probabilities, exclusion or guarantees are published in the app and on this page at least 7 days (168 hours) before they take effect. No push notification is sent for the monthly change. Removed items remain equipped; special hair returns in the same month next year.
